Production Line – From Smelting to Precision
1. Smelt and Casting Production Line

Smelt and casting furnaces are equipped to produce continuous casting coils and slabs using two 25MT horizontal casters. Advanced electromagnetic stirring and refining systems guarantee:
- Grade 1 grain size
- Hydrogen content ≤ 0.12ml/100gAl
- Chemical composition conforms to GB/T3910-1996, ASTM B209, and EN573 standards

2. Continuous Casting Mills
Multiple continuous casting mills are available for producing CC coils in various alloys including:
1100, 1200, 1070, 1050, 1235, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, 5754, 5083
The mills ensure consistent thickness, flatness, and mechanical properties for downstream processing.
3. Hot Rolling Production Line
Equipped with a pushing-type isotropic heating furnace and a single-stand hot rolling mill with advanced flatness and thickness control systems, the hot rolling line improves material uniformity and prepares sheets for precision cold rolling.

4. Cold Rolling Production Line
Non-reversible cold rolling mills with advanced flatness and gauge control technology:
- Max trimming thickness: 2.0mm
- Max coil weight: 7.5MT
- Outer diameter: 1700mm
- Max rolling force: 1200KN

5. Annealing Furnace & Tumbling Machine
Multiple 5MT annealing furnaces with precise temperature control:
- Maximum furnace temperature: 580°C
- Maximum aluminium temperature: 550°C
- Temperature tolerance: ±5°C
- Power: 844.5KW
Combined with tumbling machines, this ensures stress relief, uniform mechanical properties, and burr-free surfaces.



6. Cut-to-Length Line, Slitter & Extrusion Machines
Our lines provide customized coil sizing and precise extrusion profiles:
- Cut-to-length and slitting lines for flexible sizing
- Two 630-ton extrusion presses for high-quality profile production

7. Grinding Machines & Circle/Slug Punching
Final finishing is achieved with:
- Two precision grinders for flatness and surface smoothness
- Eleven aluminium circle/slug punching machines for high-volume production
These processes guarantee tight tolerances and excellent material quality.
